- Q Why West House Serviced Office?
- A West House serviced offices can provide an instant flexible solution to any size of office accommodation requirement.
- Q How soon can I move in?
- A Occupation can be immediate, within 24 hours if required, subject to availability and cleared funds.
- Q How long will I have to commit for?
- A Flexible agreements are available, from 1 month up to 3 years, to suit your individual requirements.
- Q Will I require a lawyer to review my agreement prior to signing?
- A Agreements are simple and straightforward and would not normally require legal advice.
- Q What are the up front costs?
- A We require a retainer equal to 2 months rent plus 1 months' rent, in advance, payable prior to move in.
- The retainer is refundable at the end of the term. Rent is payable monthly in advance.
- Q Will I need to purchase any capital items such as furniture, switchboard, servers etc?
- A No capital expenditure is required. Our Serviced offices are furnished and include telecoms equipment, data cabling and a central server room.
- Q What if we outgrow the office space?
- A Expansion space can be provided at short notice.
- Q Will I need to employ a receptionist?
- A We have an 'on site facilities management team' who offer a reception service at no additional cost.
- Q Do I need to set aside space for meeting rooms?
- A On site Boardrooms and meeting rooms are available. These are charged on an hourly or daily basis.
- Q Will I have any dilapidations liability at the end of my agreement?
- A No. A dilapidations liability would not apply unless you have requested enhancements to the 'standard' office layout.
- Q How is the office space sold and what allowances are made?
- A The space is sold by the number of workstations required. The space allowed per workstation is approximately 75sq.ft depending upon your individual needs.
- The space allowance does not account for 'common areas' such as reception, meeting rooms, kitchens etc.
- Q What is meant by a 'workstation'?
- A A desk, chair, pedestal and storage cabinet.
- Q What 'basic' additional costs can I expect?
- A Telephone Handset - a nominal fee is charged to provide the latest business class telephony, complete with DDI, voicemail & call re-routing.
- Telephone Call Charges - competitive call rates and volume discounts available.
- Data Connectivity and IT support services - a comprehensive range of products are available, fully supported and maintained by our engineers.
- Shared Support Services - administration support, photocopying, scanning & printing facilities are provided.
